Solace Through Touch
A quiet place to soften, breathe, and simply be. This session was created for people navigating grief, loss, or life transitions who need a quiet place to simply be.

What Is Solace Through Touch?
This service is a therapeutic massage created specifically for people experiencing grief. It is rhythmic, slow, and applied with light to medium pressure. Rather than deep tissue work, the focus is on creating a sense of safety and comfort, offering a dedicated space where your body can rest while your nervous system begins to exhale.
What Makes This Different?
Unspoken Safety
Honoring Your Process
Comforting Rituals
Silence is welcomed and conversation is never expected. You are free to talk, cry, laugh, sleep, or simply rest.
Tissues are always available, but intentionally not offered immediately to respect uninterrupted emotional processing. They are yours whenever you need them.
Aromatherapy supports relaxation throughout your session, and warm towels on the feet provide a comforting, grounding ritual before you leave.
"Grief asks so much of us. This is simply a place where, for a little while, you don't have to carry it all by yourself."

What to Expect
Every session unfolds at a slow, unhurried pace, giving your body space to settle without expectation.

We'll begin with gentle work along the back before transitioning to the scalp, face, neck, shoulders, arms, legs, and feet. The hips and gluteal area are intentionally avoided, allowing the session to remain focused on comfort, rest, and ease.

Conversation is never expected. You're welcome to rest quietly, drift off to sleep, cry, reflect, or simply be present with whatever arises. Aromatherapy is included to support relaxation, and each session concludes with warm towels on the feet as a comforting grounding ritual.

There is no right or wrong way to experience this session. Whether you leave feeling lighter, emotional, peaceful, or simply well-rested, your experience is welcome exactly as it is.

Common Questions
Will I have to talk?
No. Silence is fully respected. If you wish to talk, you can, but there is never any expectation of conversation.
Can I cry?
Abolutely. Tears are a natural part of grief. This is a safe space for all emotional expressions.
Is this counseling?
This is therapeutic bodywork focused on physical comfort and nervous system support, not clinical psychological counseling.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever feels comfortable. Most clients undress to their comfort level while remaining professionally draped throughout the session.
Can I book this even if my loss happened years ago?
Yes. Grief has no expiration date. Whether your loss is fresh or decades old, this session is for you.
Can I combine this with another massage?
Absolutely. Many clients choose to combine Solace Through Touch with therapeutic massage or CranioSacral Therapy to create a session tailored to their needs.
You Don’t Have To Carry Everything Alone.
Whether your grief is fresh or years old, your body deserves care too. This session offers a quiet place to pause, breathe, and receive support exactly as you are today.
